Anirudh serves as a Director and oversees the overall operations of the company. He brings over 16 years of experience, primarily in the Investment Banking KPO industry.
He was an Assistant Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners from 2014 to 2023. He also worked at Verity Knowledge Solutions (a UBS affiliate) and UBS India Service Center from 2008 to 2012, as part of his other Investment Banking experience. As part of his work, he has co-managed teams of 15+ analysts and associates catering to U.S., Europe and APAC regions. He looked into various aspects including work allocation, execution, output, quality checks, client communication & feedback, training & development and MIS reporting. He has worked on a variety of Investment Banking products and has used relevant databases as part of his work.
As part of his experience, he has worked with upper market and middle market-focused clients in the industry. He was also involved in the overall recruitment process at a business unit level and looked into multiple aspects. He also has an experience at Churchgate Partners in the Investor Relations industry from 2012 to 2014.
Anirudh has done his M.B.A. from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad and his Bachelor of Business Studies (B.B.S.) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
Aditi is a Director of the company in a non-executive capacity. She has an experience of over 9 years in the Education industry.
She serves as a teacher at Jayshree Periwal Global School, Jaipur and has an active involvement in co-curricular programs and student development initiatives. Previously, she worked as a teacher in Delhi Public School, Bengaluru from 2015-2018 and 2021-2024. As part of her experience, she developed and implemented engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners; assessed and monitored students' progress through regular evaluations and feedback; and collaborated with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students and parents alike. She also created a nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth; and designed and executed diverse activities to support students' cognitive and social development.
As part of her other initiatives, she served as the House Mistress of Ganga House in the school wherein she led the house to win the champion sports trophy and secure the runner-up position in cultural events. She was actively involved in organizing and participating in cultural and sports events. Further, she attended numerous professional development workshops, including CBSE, Cambridge and Oxford sessions and DPSS HRDC Workshop. Prior to this, she served as a teacher at Euro School, Hyderabad during 2014-2015.
Aditi has done her M.A. in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University; her B.Ed. in English and Environmental Science from Rajasthan University; and B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Chemistry & Zoology from Rajasthan University.
